Founder: Hidehito Makino
Open Road Career Coaching
Hidehito Makino (Hids) is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, and has successfully coached hundreds of people at multiple organizations in Japan.
Born and raised in London, Hids moved to Tokyo, Japan after completing his degree at the University of Leeds, UK in 2009.
Hids has worked for multiple Japanese IT companies, joining many at the very early startup phase including NHN and LINE corporations, and Mercari, Inc.
With a deep passion for helping employees reach their full potential, Hids made it his mission to do so and founded Open Road Career Coaching in 2022.
Hids offers coaching sessions in both English and Japanese, and with over 1000 hours of coaching experience as well as experience working for various startups, his expertise is proven to help boost the motivation, dedication, and retention of your employees.
